To operate Rahman Coins, we collect: your name, mobile number, and (if you provide it) email address; your mobile number is verified via a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. We also record your purchases (type, amount, invoice number), coin transactions, referral activity, and reward redemptions, all tied to your account.
We use this information to: create and manage your account; verify your mobile number; calculate and credit coins for purchases and referrals; process reward redemptions; prevent fraud and abuse of the referral program; and communicate with you about your account or the Program (for example, OTP codes or redemption confirmations). We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to operating the Program without asking you first.
We share your mobile number with our SMS/OTP delivery provider solely to send verification codes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your purchase history or coin balance with anyone outside our business except where required by law, or with your consent.
Your data is stored on our servers with access restricted to authorized staff and administrators. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never visible to anyone, including our own staff — not even in a form we could look up if asked. OTP codes are hashed at rest, expire automatically, and are invalidated after use or when a new one is requested.
We retain your account and transaction history for as long as your account remains active, and as needed to comply with applicable tax, accounting, or legal obligations after that. You may request account closure and deletion of your personal information as described below, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
You may ask us to: show you the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; or delete your account and associated personal information (subject to legal retention requirements). To make a request, contact us using the details below.
We use a session cookie solely to keep you logged in while using the app. This cookie is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and no data is shared with ad networks.
This Program is not directed at children below the age required by law in your state/country to hold an account of this kind. If you believe a child has registered without appropriate parental involvement, please contact us so we can review and, if appropriate, close the account.
